Main duties: Read and understand plans and specifications, including one-line diagrams, cable and conduit schedules, ladder diagrams, and loop diagrams. Visualize two-dimensional drawings in three dimensions. Examine field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered. Take corrective actions as needed. Assist electrician in laying out work.

Responsibilities: • Use CATIA Version 5 (Revision 24 and 26) CAD software at a highly skilled level to develop product concepts and designs of car’s seat frame assemblies and components (currently in BMW project) • Create 3D models, assembly drawings and component drawings of product designs • Develop advanced product designs in cooperation with the appropriate engineering disciplines and technicians according to customer and federal regulations and specification
