After the project Wind of Exchange was abandonned, I have now the opportunity to develop other business ideas into business plans, which are going to be revised and hopefully successfully brought to life.

I was leading the project Wind of Exchange. As it is a start up of Appel Counselling it went trough the complete foundation process. My duty was to develop a business plan out of the business idea and start the business. However, although things were running smoothly, in the process, the project was abandonned, also due to the finencial crises.

I was responsible for the creation of new business presentations, product leaflets and other materials. I was communication with heads of HR departments or CEOs trying to sell them our products. I was also reponsible for the project/ daughtercompany of Appel Counselling - Wind of Exchange.
