Cato Composite Innovations BV, Doesburg (NL) is focusing on the development and manufacturing of thermoplastic composite components and parts. For series of sizes varying from 1.000 -1 million products per annum, Cato provides a development and manufacturing solution for monolithic, forged , sandwich and hybrid parts. With 7 presses and 11 injection moulding machines on site, Cato is one of the best equipped companies focussing on thermoplastic composite parts worldwide.

Responsible for two manufacturing sites, 600 employees in total. Overall responsibility for three business segments with an annual turnover of approx. 100 million USD.

Member of European Leadership Team, reporting directly to Managing Director Europe. Sales responsibility for three business segments (Floorcovering, Geotextiles and CURV® Thermoplastic Composites) with annual turnover of approx. 100 million USD. Responsible for all New Business Development activities. Turned CURV® around from a considerable start-up loss situation to a business that is today by far the most profitable business of Propex in Europe

Responsible for all Sales, Marketing & Product Development activities of a € 30 million Business Unit with 2 manufacturing sites in Germany and truly global sales activities. Achieved sales growth of 3 times industry average. Member of Management Board, Division Flexible & Medical Packaging, reporting to Chairman of the Board. Board member of ESPA (European Sterilisation Packaging Association) Europe’s leading trade association in the field of medical packaging

- Based in Halle, Westf. at Sengewald Verpackungen GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Pactiv, reporting to local Managing Director. • Co-developed Propyflex, a new PVC-free bag for IV solutions, a product which received numerous packaging awards in many countries around the world • Secured approval and implemented a multi-million € investment in extrusion- and bag-making equipment, needed for the roll-out of the Propyflex product •Successfully launched Propyflex in medical markets world-wide
