Planning all the activities to produce a cruise starting from checking the availability of different departments, scheduling all the production activities considering the lead times, the time of construction, the production constrains and the bottlenecks. The planning activity is made thanks to the software Primavera Enterprise Management. - Planning the Project Master Schedule - Creation and management of planning program - Identification of planning deviations - Resolution of critical issues

Standardization of the all the planning operations for the planners thanks to Primavera. Main tasks: - Collaboration with the planners to identify the planning requirements; - Standardization of operation methods; - Internal training for the planners to show how to develop the activities in Primavera.

Project management for the automation of the first steps of tires´ production machines. Main tasks: • Identification of scenarios automate the production flow • Analysis of scenarios taking into account quality, cost and time. • Project planning • Analysis of the present situation in the workshop • Material flow planning • Suppliers research (trade fair visits) • Organization of project meetings (incl. suppliers) • Comparison of production flow in different subsidiaries

The project was related to the improvements of time and costs in the production of heat exchangers thanks to lean manufacturing methods. An analysis of the situation in the workshop was required to understand the possible improvements in logistics and material handling. Main tasks: - Lean Manufacturing Project - Time management - Process analysis and improvements - Logistics - Material and production management

This master is an international program (Italian and German universities) in which all the courses and the exams are in in English language. It is a double master degree that offers two diplomas. The courses are developed one year in each country.

This bachelor program focus the subjects in three fields: informatic, electronics and production and management. I can program in Java and I have a knowledge in Algorithms and Database.
