All post-offer related tasks: First POC for the candidate after the offer negotiation until the first day. Provide excellent knowledge in German and Austrian labor law. POC to the business for all post-hire related topics and expectation management on immigration topics. I supervise the creation, approval and tracking of contracts and maintain a close relationship with the works council and work on hire requests with attention to detail and contribute to a flawless works council process.

Acted as HR partner for various departments. Owned internal and external hiring including job postings and the organisation and holding of job interviews. Cooperated with personnel service providers (staff augmentation). HR point of contact for employees (personnel support).

Supported the Employer Branding Team. Planned and held recruiting fairs. Prepared and moderated events for multiple target groups (e.g. students and diverse hiring). Organized events within the scope of the formula student commitment of the BMW Group. Supported in the organisation of selection days for the BMW Group trainee programs.

Supported the IT-project "Electronic and Open-Government" and created test cases for the implementation of an online application for planning permission.

Supported the department Trade- and Media Relations. Developed relationships with partners in the local and international tourism industry. Organized programs for journalists and tour operators and supported the organisation and execution of various trade fair appearances and touristic events.
