Responsible for a team of account managers and account executives

- Management and optimisation of pricing, inventory and hotel collateral, per distribution channel in the Yeeld Solutions CRS (Synxis CRS by Sabre Hospitality) - Providing proactive support and training for all CRS customers usage of CRS - Conducting daily, weekly & monthly CRS client performance audits - Preparation of revenue management outsource client's daily & weekly forecast & pricing analysis data

At the Protocolbureau we have to perform a myriad of tasks at any particular event ranging from the general organisation and co-ordination of the event to the detailed greeting and escorting of (international) guests and dignitaries. At these events, it is the professionalism and composure of our work that enhances the atmosphere and ensures that the events are successes beyond expectations. Also, the Protocolbureau provided a full training programme about protocol, etiquette and hospitality.

Being responsible for different area's I acquired understanding of managing a group of 4-5 employees.

During my All Round Placement I gained a valuable insight in the two michelin-star kitchen, room service, serving in the restaurant and housekeeping.
