Being an engineer at heart, I am highly attracted and enthusiastic about technology and the way it shapes the future. I discovered a passion I was not aware of when I switched industries and started working in Automotive software development field. I am mostly driven by the value creation while inspiring people to have a growth mindset. As a manager for sw engineering in automotive, I am responsible for building high-performing teams based on a set of core values and principles. I am running the SW Integration department ensuring fastest delivery pipelines of high-quality software by using strong processes and CI/CD practices. We all know that Automotive world is massively changing and I believe that a highly efficient software delivery chain can be a huge game-changing factor. I made this thought my North Star, so I build my vision and objectives around it.
