•Preparing pre-contracts for rental spaces, operational and services contracts, according to Romanian Legislation; •Attest need invoice and compliance with the order and contracts; •Performs billing for calculating rent, utilities and checking collection penalties •Archive all internal and external documents from the Commercial Department; •Create, maintain and communicate operational processes and procedures to ensure clearly relationship with the Legal Department from Institution.

Manage large and key accounts, maintain a good business relationship and up sell all the new company products/communication solutions. -Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of a clients’ brand in products; -Involved in the day to day management of clients; -Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in timely manner; -Maintaining contact with clients-giving them regular updates; - I correctly identified and found the best solutions for clients and company regarding their needs;

- My first responsibility was to co-ordinate the marketing department; -Responsible for managing, producing and marketing of highly regarded, topical events -I helped with budget tracking, creating different reports for each brand and working with different applications -Updating the plans with the latest media actual from our software, checking that the figures are in line with the plan and updating the team on inconsistencies was another task that I have successfully completed

In this department I have passed different stages: - I first answered customer’s calls and handled their requests; - I kept a strict evidence of customer’s payments; - I also handled major accounts and major corporations; - I have improved the communication between the company and different clients; - I managed to become one of the youngest persons in the company to be promoted and to be given major responsibilities in a quite short period of time;
