Subsidary to US stock market company (Armstrong World Industries Inc). Improving performance annually w/ 2-5% Leading closure of plant after strategic decision to leave market segment.

Part of project leadership team in a 50+ M$ greenfield project, building a PVC flooring plant. Responsible for planning and executing all training of crews, introducing Managment systems and supporting leaders on all levels from Plant Mgr and down to Teamleaders. Leading a global expert team executing the training. Supporting process development and coordinating installations with testing and commissioning.

Interim solution to support change of local leadership on plant level. Mentoring new Plant manager and supporting Plant managers training. Overall responsible for Armstrong flooring operations in China during period. Supporting and coordinating Operations with closing of one Strategic project and execution of another. Reporting to VP Global Flooring Operations.

Overall responsible for all manufacturing activities. 5 direct reports and 100 employees. Responsible for product conformity and quality. Sponsor of all manufaturing related projects. Budget responsibility for manufacturing operations including maintenace.

Leading department within cab assembly area. Initially responsible for cab assembly, total 46 employees working in 4 teams. 2003 moved to dashboard assembly, During last year also Project manager for productivity project increasing productivity in assembly with 4 %.
