- Coordinated the review of a guidance document for first responders on liquefied natural gas (LNG) hazards and the U.S. government processes in place to ensure LNG safety - Conducted research on fabric flammability and residential fire sprinkler standards and liaised with first responders to obtain fire reports - Updated and partially redesigned the International Consortium for Fire Safety, Health and the Environment’s website, http://www.clean-and-safe.org

- Researched and prepared briefing materials in advance of the Saudi Ambassador’s multi-city outreach tours and Congressional meetings and testimony - Drafted correspondence, press releases, media advisories, Op-Eds and letters-to-the-editor - Developed targeted media contact lists and pitched news and clients to radio, television and print outlets - Analyzed print and TV media pertinent to clients and participated in media training sessions

I telephoned former University of Oklahoma students and helped them to make tax-deductible donations to their alma mater.
