Ensuring uninterrupted production of high-quality intermediates by Escherichia coli culture in strict accordance with regulatory documentation (ISO 9001, ICH, GMP, Decision 77 of the Council of the EAEU, European and Russian Pharmacopoeia). Implementation of operational and production planning, tasks prioritization. Increasing production efficiency and motivation of employees.
