  In my role of HoP, I drive the short- and long-term direction for Vesuvio Labs' insurtech and fintech products (from policy management, to money transfer, loan and mortgage origination, legal services quoting softwares etc.). This requires balancing immediate needs of business and customers with a long-term vision based on technology, market trends and a passion for product excellence. It also requires driving the products' strategy across many stakeholders, functions, and business lines.
