• Leading a team of artwork coordinators and artwork designers • Managing the team activities and performance • Optimizing the artwork management process • Shaping the local processes and procedures for creating and releasing the high-end packaging artworks. • Collaborating with cross functional teams (including Manufacturing, QA, QC, Marketing, Legal and Regulatory) to ensure compliance to world-wide regulations, company policies and operating procedures.

• Coordinating artwork creation activities for products in routine production as well as for launches/transfers • Ensuring that all launch/transfer projects and packaging changes are started and executed in a clear, precise and timely fashion and that all critical deadlines are met • Taking care that all initiated change requests and each market specific and regulatory demands are implemented • Handling open issues with graphic designers, customers, suppliers, production sites and printing offices

Organization and execution of site-to-site product technology transfers (solid dosage forms, sterile liquid pharmaceuticals and freeze-dried products)

Assisted in projecting and installing capacities for the new pharmaceutical plant
