Member of the central reporting team of the EMEA region. Main responsibilities include month-end reporting, forecasting and ad hoc analyses.

Region comprises 5 countries (Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland and Italy). Working closely with the controllers of the countries, my duties include reporting the month-end results, variance analysis and corrective actions across the board in order to achieve the targets. Other duties include investment appraisal and financial review of all MS bids in my region.

Monthly management and statutory reporting, budget and quarterly forecasts, variance analysis, intercompany reconciliations, treasury and cash management, managing external audit and regular reviews of processes and policies to ensure organisational efficiency.

Preparation of the company’s consolidated monthly financial statements, variance analysis, budgeting and rolling forecasts, modelling for strategic planning, investment and cash flow, financial and operational analyses, development of a corporate reporting infrastructure.

Financial reporting to internal and external customers in Italy, budgeting, revenue and expense forecasting, reconciliation of financial reports to accounting systems.

Coverage of GR Equity Market. Producing BI performance reports, Balance Scorecards and KPIs for Reuters Online. Strong involvement in technical and financial projects.
