-Quote, follow up and organization of groups, congresses and events. -Negotiate rates and conditions with clients using Yield Management tools. -Establish contact and relatioship with Travel Agents, Companies and Hilton Sales Worldwide Offices. -Prepare function order of each group to hand over in a Weekly meeting to all the head of departments. -Prepare with all the head of departments site inspections, as well as the preconference meetings to achieve customer satisfaction from the first moment.
