•Concept, implementation and administration of internal software tools (NVMe Wiping solution, Snipe-IT). •Power monitoring with Zabbix and OKTA authentication. •Onboarding and mentoring of new team members. •Process optimization. •Creating and maintaining of new documentation (Ex: One-phase/three-phase electricity, Firewall password recovery).

•Planning and realization of complex server installations. •Repair and maintenance of servers. •Management of the RMA process. •Collaboration on regional and global topics and projects. •Testing of new products before the release.

•Customer support for dedicated servers via ticket system. •Providing assistance and resolving of customer issues. •Support on hardware, network and OS level (unmanaged). •Provision and setup of server systems.

•Racking, installation and cabling of different data center hardware (Server,Network, Switch, Loadbalencer,router). •Installation of operating systems and software (Linux, VMware Esxi). •Configuration (IPv4, Dns address, netmask, gateway). •Configuration of universal transceivers. •Labeling and documentation of power and data cabling using NetBox.

•Receiving, assembling and installing of office hardware and peripherals. •Cabling of peripheral devices. •Installing of drivers and updates.

•Monitoring of switches with Prometheus and Grafana. •Acceptance test (Giant overlay Fabric). •Radius server setup.
