Additionally i am part of quality management team to review all quality issues from our customers and solve them.

independently designed and implemented a new strategy that reduced global & local third party suppliers from 27 supplier to 7 (locally) and from 17 to 5 supplier (Globally) for all Middle East Geo-Markets. Leading international and local procurement & sourcing team 14 member to renewing global contract with DELL and implementing it on Sclumberger ERP system across new 8 countries.

Established a successful business model for day-to-day activities to simplify P2P process and reduce PO cost Created a successful process system to train and manage team member to achieving the objectives. Developed guidelines for evaluation process criteria (scorecard).

Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable regulations. Prepare and present reports that reflect audits results and document process. Document process and prepare audit findings memo. Maintain open communication with management and audit committee. Analyse and evaluate accounting documentations, previous reports, flowchart and Data.

Driven the operation was accurate data from the moment of creating the PO until Materials delivered. Contributed with commercial team on new tenders and contracts from sourcing point of view (pricing benchmark for the material).

Proceed with procure to pay (P2P) transactions for packing materials.
