I am experienced and self driven with more than 7 years of professional experience. Expert in Customer Service, Operation, Sales and Marketing, BPO workflow Management, and Quality Assurance. I began my career in sales and Marketing in 2012. From there, I developed a new market and increased 10% sales by capturing a new market. Later, I moved abroad for higher study. I love to take the new challenges. In 2016, I have started my career in customer service. I have developed strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications and also developed new business opportunities in every customer communication. I received the employee of the year award in 2019. In my previous role, I was leading a BPO. I have taken several initiatives to run the operation smoothly and also improve performance.
