In my current role I am responsible for conceiving the architecture and design of a new segment of software intensive Bank Note processing family of products, used for sorting and assessing the authenticity & condition of bank notes. i also co-ordinate between a cross-geographical team (based in India, Russia, Switzerland & Germany) in defining the market entry strategy, product roadmap and ensuring the timely launch of the lead product, the follow on and it’s eco-system

In the role , i was responsible to oversee system and software development of the products and services offered . Also, responsible for driving the Technology Team topics, assessments and studies that shape the technology strategy and business opportunities for the company.
