I am an IT Support Engineer with over 10 years of experience in my career. I have been in different positions and roles including server side and also client side. Supporting multi-platform computer software/hardware, networks, servers, and peripherals. Oracle DB installation and upgrading DB Monitoring, Maintenance and Optimization/Tuning. DB Support & Incident handling. Customer projects needing DBA involvement (i.e install, updates, migration, restore). Internal DB Support and R&D collaboration, and SME on all DB related matters, linux administration. Able to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff. Proficient analytical and logical troubleshooting skills as well as able to assess and recommend solutions that facilitate IT processes. I have always been into learning the most recent IT solutions and tried to be up-to-date. I am a nature lover and like to travel to see people around the world and also I am interested in everyday learning.
