Intern
League of Women Voters
I currently intern for the Leauge of Women Voters of the Fairfax Area, the Sewall-Belmont House and Museum, and the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority on a collaboration to create a memorial to honor the Silent Sentinels imprisoned in 1917-1918 for picketing the White House for woman suffrage. In addition to creating the memorial, the collaboration is working on creating an award, to be given annually, to honor a woman who has made a significant contribution to voting in America.
