Project to align expenses allocations on local finance - 5 Regions around the world, including 55 countries - and harmonize the whole finance statements on the group level. The objective is to have clear ownership of costs / budget and trustful finance database to facilitate management steering.

Budget sales construction and forecast; Monitoring and reporting; Investment analysis about sales drivers; Reports to the executive director.

Corporate budget management team – Implementation of new budget management model (matrix); Construction, controlling and monitoring of expenditures; Internal consultancy to managers; Construction budget and forecast in partnership with managers and control of actions to optimize the budget; Reports to the executive financial director (preparation of all material sent to managers weekly); Projections of expenditure; Accounts reconciliation; Team coordination.
