Nordconn is a consulting company specialising in HR Analytics, HR Tech App Implementation and IT Development. I build HR insights reports and help clients align their HR and business strategies through the correct use of their people data. I also manage HR app development projects from consulting through function planning to writing user stories and assigning work to developers. Additionally, I write content on People Analytics and hold workshops on organisational development and HR digitalisation.

I took time out to travel and gain inspiration for my next set of professional goals. I refined and developed my analytical and content writing skills and gained certifications, among others, in Digital Marketing and Marketing Analytics. I also decided to take up graphic design as a new skill, which led me to create a brand concept for an independent winemaker of the Villány PDO.

Benchmarketing, a knowledge consultancy within OMG, guides stakeholders in making effective strategic marketing decisions. I ran data and statistical analysis on media and marketing effectiveness and delivered reporting across global client accounts. I was also responsible for developing the knowledge system - compiling information into the system, editing and summarising material, analysing data to create norms and averages, interpreting findings - and supporting users within the Group's media agencies.

Cision is a global leader in PR, marketing and social media management technology and intelligence, helping brands identify, connect and engage with customers and stakeholders to drive business results. I analysed all forms of media data and generated insights for a portfolio of over 15 clients. I managed Data Analysts and Freelance Analysts within account teams and advised clients on the effectiveness of their communication strategies through high-quality reporting.

Ringgold helps publishers and intermediaries improve the quality of their data, so they understand an increasingly complex constituent base and marketplace and can make informed strategic decisions. I facilitated Ringgold's data governance and master data management for institutions and scholarly works. I curated data within the Identify Database of almost 600,000 organisations, normalising multilingual data and populating the system with clean records free of duplicates.
