I am teaching Hospitality Management as a guest lecturer at the FH Westküste in Heide, Germany. My lectures focus on organizational culture, change management, performance management and leadership. The course lasts from October 20016 until December 2016.

At the BBHG, I was responsible for creating comprehensive business plans and financial calculations. In addition, I accompanied several online marketing projects and coordinated marketing processes. Representing the BBHG, I spoke in front of the WTSH (Wirtschaftsförderung und Technologietransfer Schleswig-Holstein) - "Roadshow 2016". Topics included how an organizational culture may be formed and how changes may help hotels and restaurants to retain skilled labour.

During a student-enterprize collaboration, I had the pleasure to work at Shapecast Ltd., a company focusing on IT Business Transformation. As on of three student consultants, I researched psychology literature and used grounded theory in psychology to refine a comprehensive questionnaire targeting IT change processes.
