Dr. Moritz Lürig

As part of my PhD I am monitoring experimental ecosystems to investigate how variation in stability may affect phenotypic evolution of aquatic organisms. (http://luerig.net/research/) In my day to day work I have to deal with multitude of data types (ecological time series, multi-dimensional phenotype-data , etc.). Therefore I am also developing computational tools that assist me in my taks; e.g. image-based phenotyping, using computer vision and machine learning (http://luerig.net/computer-vision/).
