developing and publishing a sales process engineering monitor for the Dutch market. These activities are embedded in the Center of Sales Process Engineering (CSPEng). Tasks include reviewing literature, reviewing comparable tools/monitors, developing a questionnaire, identifying population and sample, drawing up a survey collection plan and execution the survey.
