Department: Research & Development Navigation Technology Area of assignment: Software developer and tester for navigated Ultrasound assisted Patella Tracking. Individual activities performed: Application development in C# using Unity with Visual Studio technology. Prototyping a new windows application supporting patella tracking. Testing and optimizing ultrasound processing algorithms. Summary of work and progress to generate a documentation, creation of required illustrations.

Entertain the customer queries received via email/IVR and provide direct technical support to customer based on operation, troubleshooting, installation of CPE and other products. Technical support to International clients including British Telecom, Verizon Telecom, CMC Network, Orange Business. Technical support to Financial Institutes including Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank. Prepare documentation of problem description, rootcause analyses (RCA) and findings to appropriate escalation point.

Gained experience in different overhaul shops at the engineering department of Pakistan International Airlines.

Had to Observe different events and maintenance in electrical department, including AC/DC Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and Different pressure, temperature and optical sensors from Allen Bradley and Siemens.
