Demand Forecasting with Advanced Statistical and Machine Learning Methods Working with the Professor on ongoing Projects related to Demand Forecasting, involved in both research and practical work. Work on finding the best forecasting model for a particular dataset i.e. Statistical model, Machine learning model, or a hybrid of both e.g VARMAX, LSTM, Light GBM, etc. Working with python Libraries e.g. Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow and Statsmodels.

Analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing the overall material flow processes. Analyzing and reporting daily performances to the higher management. Continuous monitoring and controlling of customer orders to ensure the right amount has been dispatched on time. Part of process improvement projects to optimize the overall operational processes of the company.

Analyzing capacities & volumes of different production units for optimal utilization of the company's network. Demand planning of raw materials for a smooth supply chain. Work with MS Excel to develop reports with meaningful insights. Application of Lean tools (KANBAN & JIT) for process improvement and optimization
