 Responds to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the Account Manager.  Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, prepares statement of work and technical proposal.  Reduced the response time for quotes/proposals up to 80%.  Assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed solution.

Working as Presales Engineer for NetApp, HDS and Symantec @Techaccess FZ LLC. • Understanding Client requirements, RFP/RFI's, Presentations, keeping up to date with new features/functions and relaying new ideas/client requirements up the line. • Design and/or recommend technical solutions based on NetApp/HDS Enterprise Storage Solutions. • Design Network/Storage Security and Backup Solutions using verity of Symantec Products, Backup Exec, Netbackup, Altiris, SF, SEP.

Responsible to provide technical support to different types of servers and workstations. • Installation, configures, and maintains all IT equipment including server’s /laptops/ desktops. • Backup of systems as part of the Company’s Disaster Recovery Plan. • Provide troubleshooting support to all IT system users. • Contribute as WDS server deployment in charge in “Punjab IT Labs Project”. • Inventory and Documentation of different IT related equipments.
