*Developing a diffusion process for the atmospheric pressure plasma-less Nano texture (ADE).* ADE texture with low reflection compared to standard textures has no customized diffusion process. The diffusion process parameters were optimized to decrease solar cell losses. Different characterization techniques including electrochemical capacitance voltage (ECV), quasi steady state photoconductance (QSSPC), four point probe (4PP) and others were used. Efficiency gain of 0.6% was achieved.
1. Optimization of dry nanotexture. 2. Trained for different characterization techniques including: i). Photoluminescence (used for surface defect analysis) ii). Spectroscopic ellipsometery (used for nano-layers thickness measurement) iii). Transfer length method technique (used for contact resistance measurement)
