The internship has been executed at the Department of Dermatology. The main focus was to test different skin abrasion techniques as well as to examine possible up-regulation of certain markers. The rest of the internship has been companioning with various tasks such as the performance of different staining techniques, preparation of the cryosections/paraffin sections, image acquisition, assisting PhD students, participation in the weekly meetings and presentation of the performed work.
