Natalia Stepanova

I am professional Project Manager with 5 years experience, working with the customers all over the world, friendly and always open for a conversation to get a win-win strategy. I have college degree as a Junior Developer and 3 years study of IT Design in Kharkiv Polytechnic University. I speak Russian, Ukrainian and English, also studying Spanish and German (currently both are on beginner level). Additionally I finished a course of Conscious Management, which goal was to teach how to build a healthy working relationships within company and/or a team. I am sure that any situation could be solved properly if all sides are willing to cooperate, and this helped me a lot during my work.
