Profitero is the eCommerce Performance analytics platform of choice for leading brands around the world. With Profitero, brands can measure their digital shelf performance across 8,000+ retailer sites and mobile apps in 50 countries, gaining actionable insights to improve product content, search placement, ratings & reviews, availability, assortment, and pricing. I was engaged in a full cycle of recruitment and recruited 65 candidates to our team.

- Sourced and selected applicants for technical positions within the company - Coordinated Recruiter's team - Onboarded new hires and set up training - Conducted exit interviews - Worked with Asana, Jira systems Result: I have hired 29 employees in different roles (Developers, QA, Sales managers, PM, Web-designers, administrative staff, etc. )

My responsibilities included a full cycle of recruitment (90%), onboarding, and relocating support. 1. Full cycle of selection of candidates in 10 offices of the company. 2. Assistance with the relocation of candidates (search, rent, accommodation). 3. Assistance in organizing and conducting events. Result: More than 15 candidates have been hired.

This role included working with companies in the information technology and automotive industries. Support of more than 5 vacancies with different requirements, selection of candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, organization of interviews with clients, and support of candidates during the probationary period.

Engineer in the educational process (internship, contract until 31.07.2016) Work with engineering documentation. Participation in the chairing of the department on various topics. Realization of ideas on internal work with students of the department. Help in vocational guidance of entrants.
