At Afiniti, I worked towards deploying testing environments for different telephony platforms including Genesys Framework, Avaya Aura Contact Center, and Altitude unified Communications etc. I served as a Subject Matter Expert for these platforms and guided system integrator and testers with their technical queries. I also developed scripts and applications to automate testing. Additionally, I helped provide design recommendations for our software's integrations with these solutions.

At Telecard, I was responsible for monitoring the enterprise network infrastructure, and troubleshooting and resolving issues that arose during operations. Part of this resolution involved routing voice and internet traffic through backup routes to ensure service continuity. Additionally, I was responsible for backing up data and service configurations and automate the process through shell scripting.
