• Definition of NAG reinsurance strategy and Group Reinsurance Directive • Ensure optimal reinsurance structure for the entire group (manage inward reinsurance from subsidiaries and outward reinsurance business for the group) • Management of planning unit and segment reinsurance with 8 employees • Chairman of Reinsurance Committee, member of Underwriting Committee and Reserve Committee • Reporting and close collaboration with executive board, supervisory board and top management of the group

• Active reinsurance from subsidiaries and purchasing external reinsurance solutions for the group • Support affiliate firms in all reinsurance topics like: portfolio analysis, risk assessment and mitigation, program structuring, pricing, underwriting, exposure control • Relationship management internally and externally • Market responsibilities: Belgium, Germany, Italy and Spain. • Main responsibility for group treaties and facultative covers within Marine & Fine Art as well as MTPL, GTPL and PA.

• Securing cost effective internal reinsurance solutions that support the needs of each legal entity within the group and purchasing reinsurance for the group • Relationship management internally and externally • Market responsibilities : Serbia, Croatia, Macedonia, Turkey, Germany, Slovakia, Poland
