I am problem solver, people leader and experienced executive with a track record of successfully enabling growth for Fintechs and SaaS companies. I am passionate about helping B2B companies expand their businesses to new regions, find new markets and enable growth trough innovation. Over the last 10+ years I have created (from scratch) high performing Sales, Marketing and Business Development teams for tech unicorns such as EBANX, Pipedrive and VTEX. I'm not a "showman" sales professional, I had success in building non-salesy teams that, instead, rely on smart processes, powerful tech and modern methodologies to over achieve. I truly believe that Sales is something that can be learned (and perfected) by anyone that sets their mind to it. Sharing knowledge plays an important role here and I have been lucky enough to be a speaker, panelist or mediator for many international events and podcasts over the years.
