Contracted to create a trust-by-design framework to generate user trust in online applications. The solution is subsequently sold to their clients with additional technical reports and scientific evidence. The research elicited knowledge from cyber-psychology, economics, and human-computer interaction (HCI) disciplines.

My duties included to plan, implement and upgrade security measures and controls following CSC 20 Critical Security Controls; maintain data and monitor security access using cyder-defence tools such as CrowdStrike and Darktrace; perform risk analyses and security assessments to produce a new security strategy; anticipate incidents and disasters and reduce their likelihood by following the ISO27001 standard; and to define, implement and maintain the password, data classification, and acceptable use policies.
