• Led a team up to 7 Talent Acquisition Managers in the People & Culture Chapter • In 2021, scaled from 60 employees to more than 200 employees • Responsible for the Employer Branding Strategy and executions, in collaboration with Marketing • Designing and facilitating workshops on Interviewing skills, techniques and (unconscious) biases • Implementation of standards and processes, and data-driven Talent Acquisition Management • Workforce planning together with various stakeholders, and our finance team

• In charge of the full cycle of the Talent Acquisition for mainly Business, Product and Design roles of our Berlin HQ and IT-roles for the Raisin Bank in Frankfurt. • Designing and facilitating interactive workshops e.g. for hiring managers and colleagues involved in the hiring process about interviewing skills, and creating awareness of unconscious biases. • Responsible for employer branding topics, such as taking care of the monthly internal newsletter provided to all the employees working at Raisin.

• Leading the full cycle of the Talent Acquisition in the People Operations Department • Responsible for positions in IT&Product, Content, Sales, Finance, SEO departments • Developing and implementation a new onboarding structure • HR topics: feedback processes, employee surveys & employer branding • Administrative tasks like writing employment contracts and visa applications • Taking on a consulting role in recruiting topics for the c-level and middle-management

Attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies; Screen candidates, interview them, do background checks and finally match them to their clients; Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals; Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
