My work is to support Zalandos danish customers through mail and over the telephone.

During my time at MedHelp A/S I performed both project related and administrative tasks. The project related work was mainly centered around design development and testing of MedHelps internal and external web solutions and the development of their two smartphone applications. My role in these projects was to design a viable solution that would solve the need or problem presented by the costumers or the management.

At YouSee my main function was to support the costumers and help them to establish a reliable connection to the internet. other than this I also supported related products, including installation and setup of antivirus software, outlook and other partly related softwares and hardwares.

During this job I supported the use of a homepage, the setup of email and later the support of a online music service.
