Manages the implementation and transition of business into the JAS network for new and existing accounts. Interacts directly with: Business Implementation Manager, Tender Management, Account Management Sales, Air and Ocean Product teams and Operations worldwide to ensure response timeliness and quality, proper project management, follow up, feedback, and post-mortems for all business implementations and transitions.

Walking the customer from account set up to the first service review or until the transition is firmly in the grasp of Account Management

Ensuring adherence to business processes and related KPI’s and metrics within the area of export/import/trucking from shipment entry until accounting. Developing and applying measures autonomously in case of deviations in the process chain. Improving, automating and digitising business processes and process steps not only in the own area of accountability but for the entire LCL gateway while having a holistic view on quality and DBIII.

Zuständig für die komplette Überwachung aller Zollprozesse der Niederlassung und Unterstützung in- und externer Kunden und Kollegen.
