Profile : Heading Bonded and Non Bonded warehouses. Interface and link between the organization and the External Service Provider (ESP) organization. KRA : - Clearing imported containers within defined timeline. - Close interaction with customs clearance and transport planning team. - KPI implementation. - Collecting and analyzing data & subsequent monthly bill submission to customer. - Fulfillment of business plan goals (actions and costs) within area of responsibility.

Overall Inbound, material receipt, storage, Line supply, related ERP SAP transactions & documentation. - Inventory planning; maintain high level of stock and location accuracy. - Ensuring that safety measures are met at all level of operations, Manpower planning. - Defining warehouse strategy for different stock packaging. - Ensuring that all processes are followed as per defined SOPs and Work Guidelines. - Drive Operational excellence through Kaizens, 5S, Lean principles etc. and related training.

-Co-ordination and monitoring work of transporters. - Planning and monitoring dispatches to CNFs across India. - Inventory planning; maintain high level of stock and location accuracy. - Random checks of put away and picking of stock. - Sharing out-of-stock / critical part info immediately with the planner. - Ensuring that SOP is being followed& KPIs are met at all level of operations. - Drive Operational excellence through Kaizens, 5S, Lean etc. and related training.

-Overall last mile logistics activities for white goods items. - Daily review of the team performance in areas like absenteeism, Fill Rate, picking etc. - Ensuring goods are delivered to customer as per schedule. Tracking Payment Recovery for Cash on Delivery. - Line haul management, planning vehicle dispatch within city and intercity. - Actively supporting sales team in exhibition-cum-sales events, promotional activities. - Verify receipt of goods against invoices & ensure timely GRN. Octroi clearance

- Coordinating with ICD. - Logistics scheduling & dispatch of units as per Inco terms 2000. - Dangerous cargo management.

- Overseas and local procurement and logistics of coal. - Procurement of coal though E-auction, linkage, local suppliers etc. - Updating management on Coal India policies/circulars. - Agreements with transporters & service providers for stacking/moving coal. - Coordinating with railways for booking Rake for coal movement. Rake unloading within defined time limits. - Liasioning with govt. officials of WCL, SECL, CHA, customs clearance, Stevedoring & C & F
