Complete Microsoft environment, I am part of a team that troubleshoots, configures, and deploys equipment and software for users for the Rockland Trust Bank. We work primarily through the ticketing system to assist users during production hours to fix equipment such as computers, USB devices, and servers.

Provided frontline support during high priority outages with domestic and international teams to resolve functionality issues. Replaced and upgraded drives, memory, systems boards, network cards, and power supplies for break/fix tickets Rack and stack Dell and IBM servers Cable hosts using Cat6, fiber, and coax.

Implemented the designs on the cable matrix and crimp both CAT6 and coaxial cables that maintained flow in the rack. Go to different Comcast ISP Head Ends and manage the node hardware installations. Decommissioned retired equipment and wreck out old cabling while auditing production connections to assure accuracy.

Performed daily tape backups and recovery using Putty on AS400 and Oracle tape libraries. Ran both single, multi-mode fiber, and CAT6 between rooms from the access points through the patch panel to the hosts Monitored the 24/7/365 data center along with its failover data centers and dispatched vendors when an outage occurred Racked and cabled HP and Dell Servers, along with Cisco switches Was sent to North Carolina to build the infrastructure and assist with the migration to the new data center

I managed file and print operations for the entire Bristol Myers, Squibb campus, including remote users. Provided support for incident tickets involving both hardware and software issues Granted group policy and file access for users. I performed weekly remote tape backups to other sites using Putty, along with performing quarterly server failover testing. Reimaged Dell, HP, and Mac laptops and desktops, assisting users with setting up profiles and performing file restores.
