I am working as a head of insurance systems department leading a team that supports and develops the Guidewire Insurance Suite and a bunch of other IT solutions.

Responsibilities: 1. To distribute the section resources between projects. 2. To manage projects as a project manager. 3. To participate in projects as a senior business analyst. 4. To interact to outsorcers, to control their activities.

Responsibilities: 1. To manage a team of analysts, to distribute resources to projects. 2. To take a role of project manager in some projects. 3. To participate to projects as a senior analyst and architect. To automate business processes, to project integration processes. 4. To manage a process of development of information systems used in a line of business "Motor insurance" as an account manager.

Responsibilities: 1. To maintain a process of site development: - to interview customers; - to formalize business requirements and design functional requirements; - to develop software (by myself, as a part of a team, as a team-lead - depending on a task); - to test and get acceptance of developed functionality. 2. To support sites; - to redesign sites (the same process as a site development); - to prepare data for external API to load data to Google maps.

Responsibilities: 1. To develop mathematical simulations of adaptive behaviour. To develop software to implement these simulations. 2. To prepare publications and reports. 3. To participate in scientific seminars and conferences. Achievements: 1. I have received a postgraduate degree in the speciality "Mathematical modeling, numerical methods and complexes of programs". 2. I have my works published in scientific journals.
