Responsible for stable work of multivendor Telecom equipment: SCP, diameter server, IVR/SRFs as a parts of intelligent network solution for converged billing system, provisioning systems, ADC. Main functions: team management; analysis and change request preparation; coordination of changes' implementation in respect of converged charging system, gsm switching centers and value added services platforms; work out revenue leakage solutions in close cooperation with vendor; new services technical adviser.

Responsibilities: design and develop intelligent network systems architecture; evaluate and integrate intelligent network and data hard- and software; optimize capacity and performance of intelligent network systems.

Technical support of leased lines clients, monitoring and troubleshooting network failures. Support dial-up users and resolving problems with connection, sending/receiving mail. Creating daily reports about all network disrepairs occurred. Working as a shift leader.
