I believe in getting things done. I believe in working with people. I think communication is key to everything. I am customer focused but I take care of my team. I am passionate about what I do and coolheaded under stress. I can work well in dynamic environments and deal with changes easily. I have served as project manager both on customer team and vendor's. So I know both sides of the process. I have implemented large ERP systems and small startups. My projects vary in nature and type: from apparel manufacturing and retail to e-commerce to telemedicine. There have been web-based projects, desktop and mobile applications. I have successfully managed UAT, business process design and adoption, user training and support. I am comfortable working in both collaboration suites (Jira, Confluence) and Google Sheets/Docs. I am a quick learner and can master any application/system/process needed. I am open to moving to any country and city on the planet and can work all hours
