Design and implementation of the enterprise risk and security management system in Europe’s largest provider of online sports betting, poker, casino and games. Establishment of bwin’s corporate security department comprised of the security management, security operations and the security audit team. Implementation of 24x7 security monitoring and incident response. Ensuring compliance with the following standards and regulations: COBIT 4.1, ISO 27001, EGBA, ECOGRA, PCI DSS.

Served as a technical security project manager for a large security monitoring implementation using an open source security management suite developed by Lanifex for a major bank in Slovakia. Responsible for the implementation of the Lanifex security management suite and the Computer Associates eTrust Security suite at a large Austrian bank. Responsible for the development of a policy compliance module and its integration into the security management suite developed by Lanifex.

Responsible for the training of the Saudi Arabian Security Forces at King Fahad Security College in the areas of information security and computer/network investigations focusing on seizure of equipment and retrieval of data, analysis of compromised systems, evidence protection and recovery from hacker attacks and maintaining contacts in the computer underground.

Responsible for all security related issues at Wave Solutions, the software development and integration branch of Bank Austria, including the setup of security, incident and vulnerability management systems and the development of security policies, procedures and standards.

Responsible for programming, operations and marketing of intranet development and security services. Managed the Trustafrica NOC, providing managed security services to several major institutions in the finance sector. Developed nu- merous intranet systems for governmental institutions. Planned, designed and managed the software and security implementation of several Ghanaian e-governance intranet solutions, financed by USAID and UNDP.

Managed the Africa Online portal and content development team. Responsibilities included marketing, client management, directing projects, assuring quality and security of services provided, and managing project completion.

Developed an MS Access based multimedia database solution to be used for casting at all ORF (Austrian National Broadcasting Corporation) sites in Austria.

Responsible for network administration of the Novell network at one of the satellite sites of MBI. Developed several MS Access insurance policy comparison databases.

Assisted the network manager in setting up client networks. Responsible for HP hardware maintenance and repairs.
