Leading a big Corporate Data Warehouse project (implementation phase: RFQ, Vendor evaluation, time plan, project lead etc). In last 2 months leading technical implementation of a voice & internet product.

Leading a big (7-8 mio) Internet project (coordination and generation of all necessary documents: requirements, scoping, RFQ, Evaluation, time plan etc.

Responsible for product development in the area of mobile internet (mobile portal (email service, SMS-service, personlized portal etc.), POS software (with integration in backend systems), e-shop, eCare etc.). Leading 4-6 people.

Developing business plan, product portfolio. Company was integrated into diAx.

Buildup of "ZHOL Zürich Online AG" (local web portal), buildup of an online advertising agency and a web factory (total 25 people), lead of various projects like CD-ROM development and publishing, IVR applications, iTV concepts and Internet projects.

Lead and partly member of medium to big IT projects for gateways to Swiss payment clearing house ("IGT"), electronic stock market, settlement systems etc and many integration projects.

Improvements of a database, statistical and process automation software package ("WIDAS").

Scientific work and lectures in systems analysis, leading various diploma works and a PhD, writing scientific papers, software development of simulation tools ("RAMSES").
