Troubleshoot/repair/maintenance or even design of small subsystems of Telecom and IT equipment, including HW and SW (installing, flashing, update) but also I design and participate in the deployment & configuration of wired/wireless networks, equipments and system integration of applications and telematic services including virtualization/deployment automation) in the client's business. This also include UPS Systems, Surge Protections, Battery Banks, and Electrical Cabinet and wiring if required.

I worked teaching Telematics which includes TCP/IP networks, CISCO and Huawei networking, Network and Server Management over Windows and LINUX platforms and Operating Systems at the University of Informatics Science (UCI), Havana, Cuba, from September 2007 to February 2014. . I also worked at a software project for the management of the air interface of Tetra networks and handsets as Telecom Specialist, and in another project of IPTV platform integration into the UCI' s LAN

I wrote my engineering thesis during a research internship at the Cuban telecommunications company ETECSA, about the introduction of Next Generation Networks and services in the telecommunications network of Cuba, including protocols and parameters to accomplish the project requirements like Quality of Service, security, multivendor interoperability and integration to legacy networks, all of that including the core to the access network.

I made an internship at COPEXTEL SA, a large Cuban IT company, where I worked in two successful LAN design and deployment projects at the Santa Clara Airport and at the Central University of Las Villas (UCLV).

I worked as engineer student at the Network Development Department of the Cuban Telecommunications Company ETECSA in Sancti Spiritus, Cuba, where I made some fiber optics and microwave link budget calculations for different successful network deployment projects of the company
