Responsible for budget and sales strategy planning in the hot forming process and precision machining components for applications in the Power Generation, Oil & Gas and Aerospace market in China, Korea, Japan, Russia, India and North America.

Responsible for budget and sales strategy planning in the welded stainless steel pipes market for applications in the food, chemical, petrochemical and nuclear sectors for the Chinese market. Responsible for the manufacturing plant in Foshan, Guandong province with direct responsibility of the entire personnel counting 80 people.

Responsible for Danieli’s budget and sales strategy planning in the Chinese steel market for all Danieli PRODUCT LINES for steel making and transformation machinery. Responsible for Danieli Beijing/Shanghai Representative Offices, supervising a staff of 40 people. Responsible for marketing of Danieli in China. Fiscal Year 2007-2008: reached revenues for 255 Million Euro of the foreseen 155 Million Euro budget, establishing a record high for sales in China of Danieli in one financial year.

Developed and designed the marketing strategy and campaign for the participation of Foundry Automation at the GIFA 2003 show in Düsseldorf, Germany and overall company marketing. Responsible for sales in the following geographical areas: North America, China, UK Responsible for the introduction in the market of the new product line: Green Sand Plant, Coolers and Green Sand Mixer Responsible for the introduction of the Hydrobond® project, the new patented solution for cores production.

Responsible for the technical and commercial integration of the two companies, IDRA–PRINCE (USA) and IDRA Presse (Italy). Supervised the installation of the first of 14 automated cells at the Teksid plant in Sylacauga, AL. Managed, both financially and technically, the development of the project "Rapid Solidification Process", co-sponsored by the DOE (Department of Energy), at INEEL (Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory) in Idaho Falls, ID.
