Über mich
Opey is passionate about leaving no one behind in attaining the Sustainable Development Goals, and he works towards achieving this in his career. He was the 1st Runner Up of the 2022 World Bank Case Challenge organised by the World Bank and IMF for young people globally. The University of Oxford and St Gallen Symposium (University of St Gallen) named Mr Opey as an emerging leader in 2021. The Dutch Government has awarded him two scholarships (2018 and 2022) in addition to one awarded by the Technical University of Munich (2017). In 2021, he chaired a side event at the United Nations in Geneva dedicated to advancing the course of young people in Africa, and the National Union of Ghana Students has awarded his work. He has experience ranging in Academia, Non-profits, startups, Agriculture and the general Service and Manufacturing industries. Mr Opey practices debate as a sport and enjoy fine art photography in his leisure time.
